For Patients
Our goal with every patient is to ensure they are on the best possible path forward. Often this requires referrals outside of what we can offer. At Inspire Health & Performance the patient’s needs always come first and therefore we work with several health care practitioners to deliver the best care we can. These are all individuals we trust (and we have trust issues!) and include:
- family doctors
- sport medicine doctors
- orthopedic surgeons
- speciality physiotherapists including pelvic health
- massage therapists
- dietitians
- psychologists
- personal trainers
- running coaches
If one of our practitioners feel there may be someone better suited we won’t hesitate to inform you. The goal is to always ensure you have all your options laid out clearly in front of you so that you can make the best decision for you. There’s nobody that knows you better than you!

He helps strike a balance between what you want to do (run all the kilometers in my case) and what your goal is (get to the start line healthy and hopefully fast). I started working with Mike as a physiotherapist after several injuries and then he started coaching me back to running. With his help and plan, I accomplished my goal of getting back to running a sub 3 hour marathon after not running a marathon for 1.5 years. I ran a 2:56:51 marathon at the 2023 Saskatchewan Marathon and was the second place female! Working with Mike was important part of making this happen.
