About Our Physiotherapy Services

Movement Assessment

We will determine together which movement patterns are most relevant to your daily activities and work towards optimizing those movements.

We will make sure you understand the root cause of your problem as well as what it is going to take to fix it. We will advise you on what TO DO and what NOT TO DO to keep moving in the right direction.

While we work towards getting you back to your best self, we’ll make sure you have some strategies to use at home so that you can control your pain instead of your pain controlling you.

Manual therapy encompasses a variety of hands-on treatment techniques to address musculoskeletal dysfunction and/or pain. Techniques include soft tissue release, joint mobilizations and manipulations.

About Manual Therapy

Dry needling is a safe and effective treatment for releasing trigger points in muscles which can help decrease pain and improve muscle activation.

Taping can be useful to reduce pain and provide support to healing tissues. It can also help to improve proprioception (your awareness of where your body is in space).

Over-training can lead to injuries but with under-training you may not see the results you want. We will work together to find the balance you need to succeed.

YOU are the priority!
We work closely with other health and fitness professionals to ensure that you are in the best hands to get the job done.

We will make sure you feel confident and safe getting back to your favourite activities, whatever they may be!
